By downloading Lead Connector from Apple's App Store or Google's Play Store, you agree to these terms. Any updates to the app are also covered under this agreement. The App Store and Play Store are referred to as "Services."

This agreement is solely between you and DutchTexan. The Services are not responsible for any app-related issues such as warranty or support- DutchTexan holds that responsibility.

This agreement aligns with Apple and Google's usage rules, which have been reviewed to ensure no conflict.

Lead Connector, when downloaded from the Services, is licensed for use under these terms. DutchTexan retains rights not explicitly granted to you. The app is designed for devices running Apple's iOS or Mac OS, and Google's Android.

Lead Connector is a software solution designed to streamline lead management and sales processes. It integrates CRM and communication tools, providing a centralized hub for sales pipelines. With Lead Connector, manage your leads and respond to customer needs in real-time.

Please note, Lead Connector is not designed to meet specific industry regulations like HIPAA or FISMA, so it should not be used where such compliance is required.

2. SCOPE OF LICENSE

2.1 You receive a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to install and use Lead Connector on your devices, as permitted by usage rules. Family Sharing or volume purchasing may allow access for other accounts associated with you.

2.2 This license covers updates unless a new license accompanies them.

2.3 You must not share, sell, or distribute the app to third parties without DutchTexan's consent.

2.4 Reverse engineering or modifying the app is prohibited unless permitted by DutchTexan.

2.5 Copies for backup must be kept secure, and the app must be removed before selling your devices.

2.6 Violations may lead to prosecution and damages.

2.7 DutchTexan reserves the right to modify licensing terms.

2.8 Third-party terms must be followed when using the app.

3. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

3.1 The app requires firmware version 3.70.2 or higher. Using the latest firmware is recommended.

3.2 DutchTexan will strive to update the app for new firmware and hardware but is not obligated to do so.

3.3 Ensure your device meets technical specifications for using the app.

3.4 DutchTexan may modify specifications as needed.

4. MAINTENANCE AND SUPPORT

4.1 DutchTexan is responsible for maintenance and support. Contact information is available in the app store listings.

4.2 The Services have no obligation to provide support.

5. USE OF DATA

DutchTexan may access and use your app content and personal information per your agreements and the privacy policy: compliance.dutchtexan.com. Technical data may be collected to improve services, provided it doesn't personally identify you.

6. USER-GENERATED CONTRIBUTIONS

You may contribute content, such as text, photos, and comments, to the app. These may be public and are treated as non-confidential. You warrant that your contributions do not infringe on third-party rights and comply with all laws and this agreement.

7. CONTRIBUTION LICENSE

By posting contributions, you grant DutchTexan a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute your content. You retain ownership of your contributions but agree not to hold DutchTexan liable for their use.

8. LIABILITY

DutchTexan is not responsible for damages from a breach of license terms. You should back up data and understand alterations may affect app access.

9. WARRANTY

9.1 DutchTexan warrants the app is free of malware at download. It should function as described in documentation.

9.2 No warranty if the app is used with inappropriate hardware or software.

9.3 Report defects within 90 days for consideration.

9.4 DutchTexan may address defects through updates or replacements.

9.5 Refunds for warranty failures must be requested through the Services Store Operator.

9.6 Claims by business users expire after 12 months; consumers follow statutory periods.

10. PRODUCT CLAIMS

DutchTexan handles claims related to product liability, legal conformance, and consumer protection laws.

11. LEGAL COMPLIANCE

You confirm you are not in a restricted country or on a prohibited list by the US Government.

13. TERMINATION

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States of America.

17. MISCELLANEOUS

17.1 Invalid terms will be replaced to fulfill the agreement's purpose.
